This book describes through the medium of poetry the transition from mental illness to good mental health. The importance of social inclusion and the empowerment of people like me diagnosed with schizophrenia. It also serves to demonstrate recovery principles as outlined in my recovery model and the poem "recovery engine." I hope this book is something that all people can gain something from. This is my second book published. The first being "reality and reason, the light beyond chaos." I believe this book "Inner cognition. Outer relatedness to change" is a continuation of my emphasis on recovery and achieving success in life. This book is dedicated to my fiance Amy O'Reilly and our 7 week old daughter Emily Cowley. Becoming a family means so much to me and I love you both dearly.
